PTI Health by DocGo was established in 1998 to offer mobile specimen collection to home bound and nursing home patients in and around Philadelphia. PTI’s sole focus is on working with providers and laboratories to collect and transport specimens from home bound patients who cannot safely go to a laboratory PSC.

PTI’s sole focus is on working with providers and laboratories to collect and transport specimens from home bound patients who cannot safely go to a laboratory PSC.
PTI currently serves over 700 patients a day with a home visit from a phlebotomist in eight states including Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and expanded to Southeast Florida in May of 2026.
APX Mobile Lab Solutions
APX was formed by former members of Apex Laboratory, a 100% mobile lab operation founded in 1997 in New York and expanding to Southeast Florida in 2007.
From 2017 to 2020 Apex performed the most house calls in the country servicing nearly 2,000 patients per day in the New York Metro and Southeast Florida regions.
The mobile lab operations
APX was formed by former members of Apex Laboratory, a 100% mobile lab operation founded in 1997 in New York and expanding to Southeast Florida in 2007.
From 2017 to 2020 Apex performed the most house calls in the country servicing nearly 2,000 patients per day in the New York Metro and Southeast Florida regions.
The mobile lab operations software LabLogix developed by Apex streamlined a labor intensive operation and led to an acquisition by Northwell Health in June of 2021
